You’ll work closely with cloud and delivery squads to drive automation, improve scalability, and ensure that deployments are secure, reliable, and efficient. This is a hands-on engineering role where your expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices will directly shape how we build and ship software. 

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to support continuous delivery. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical decisions with business goals. 
• Implement configuration as code for reproducibility and scalability. 
• Ensure deployments are secure, compliant, and follow best practices. 
• Monitor and troubleshoot system performance in Azure, ensuring high availability. 
• Drive improvements in scalability, reliability, and automation. 
• Document releases and configurations clearly for consistency and knowledge sharing. 
• Stay up to date with the latest DevOps tools, practices, and Azure ecosystem trends. 
• Contribute to the DevOps community of practice, sharing knowledge and driving improvement. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years in DevOps or related engineering roles, with strong focus on Azure environments. 
• Hands-on experience with: 
• CI/CD & Automation: Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines, Terraform, Ansible, FluxCD, Helm. 
• Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes (AKS). 
• Monitoring & Logging: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, DataDog. 
• Familiarity with databases, secrets, and cloud storage services. 
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. 
• Ownership mindset: ability to see initiatives through to completion. 
• Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional teams. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience leading or mentoring within DevOps teams. 
• Contributions to automation frameworks or open-source DevOps tooling. 
• Broader exposure to hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.
