Our recruitment process

We try to keep our process as sweet and short as possible while still finding the perfect people for the job. That is why our recruitment process usually has three main steps.

Preliminary call

A short interview with a member of our recruitment team. We want to get to know you better and talk about the job in more detail.

Tech interview

A technical interview with an engineer aimed at assessing your technical proficiency and skills.

Interview with the team

A video call with some of the project team members that you will be working with.
