We’re looking for a Data Engineer to help build a robust data platform that powers hundreds of pipelines and guides critical enterprise decisions. You’ll collaborate across teams to optimize infrastructure, design data models, and implement best practices for managing large datasets efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital analytics, data engineers, and analysts to enhance digital analytics platforms (e.g., GTM, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Firebase, S3, Redshift).
- Scale infrastructure and improve reliability and efficiency.
- Develop, deploy, and maintain data pipelines using AWS, Kubernetes, Lambda, Kafka, Airflow, Redshift, and more.
- Define tracking requirements for web and mobile data collection via GTM and Segment; provide guidance on frontend tracking.
- Stay current with the latest in analytics and attribution tools like GA360, Segment, Branch, and AppsFlyer.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- 3+ years building data pipelines with Python, Databricks, pySpark, or Kafka.
- Experience building a Data Platform to support engineering teams and large data sets.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with ETL development.
- Familiarity with AWS services (Redshift, RDS, S3, EMR, Glue, Lambda).
- Proficient with GitHub, Docker, Terraform, and CodeFresh.
- 3+ years with mobile analytics platforms (e.g., Branch) and knowledge of the full data stack.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodology and web/mobile app analytics.
- 3+ years experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Segment, or Amplitude.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus.
