We are looking for a Project Team Manager to join our team and take ownership of delivering successful projects within a broader portfolio. This role will require leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on management to ensure projects meet business objectives and exceed client expectations. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our team and projects.

Working hours: 11.00-19.00 CET

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project management within a broader portfolio, including resource planning, setting key project parameters, change management, impact analysis, and maintaining/updating project documentation.
  • Actively participate in recruitment processes to build a competent project team.
  • Address and eliminate obstacles encountered during project work, or lead the team in finding appropriate resources to do so.
  • Motivate and engage the team to enhance productivity and morale.
  • Document tasks, delegate responsibilities, and set task priorities to optimize team effectiveness.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts within project teams, and manage escalations effectively.
  •  Guide and consult the project team to enhance self-organization and Scrum/Kanban maturity at a stable and comfortable pace.
  • Provide consulting on team and organizational management using Agile/Scrum practices and values, while understanding and addressing the client’s business challenges and value delivery.
  • Implement communication tools, standards, and plans; design and streamline processes.
  •  Participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and establish product development strategies.
  • Measure and report on the current and projected progress and efficiency of the team’s work.


Skills & Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT project management
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Ability to create and interpret business and technical requirements
  • Effective project monitoring, time management, and organizational skills
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Deep understanding of client needs, with the ability to draw logical and strategic conclusions
  • Technical knowledge that supports effective collaboration with implementation teams
  • Strong technical understanding to support effective collaboration with the implementation team.
  • Knowledge of Kanban and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proficient in conflict resolution and adept at removing barriers to ensure team progress.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
