We’re looking for a Data Analytics Specialist to drive insights and optimize data processes for our client’s Marketplace and Manufacturing Solutions, which streamline access to affordable medications and healthcare solutions. You’ll design experiments, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that guide product, marketing, and finance decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Experiment Design & Analysis: Support the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests and other experimental approaches to guide decision-making and business strategy.
- Dashboard & Reporting Development: Create and maintain dynamic dashboards that merge user engagement and claims data, providing a holistic view of user interactions.
- User Behavior Analysis: Conduct funnel analyses and study key user journeys, identifying patterns and conversion opportunities at each stage.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity through validation, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document quality assurance processes.
Skills & Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar position.
- Expert SQL skills with the ability to write production-quality code that is both clean and maintainable.
- Solid understanding of data warehouse structures and data optimization.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and designing experiments.
- Proficiency in dashboarding and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Amplitude.
- Highly analytical mindset with proven ability to analyze complex datasets for actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills for conveying complex data insights clearly to stakeholders.
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Experience with DBT, Python, or R.
- Experience working with healthcare data.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks like HIPAA or PCI.
