We are searching for a skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to drive the strategic design, development, and optimization of scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Location/time zone: LatAm/US (remote)

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize declarative Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions, focusing on revenue operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.

Diving deep into user stories, and overseeing the implementation from both business and technical perspective.

Provide strategic guidance on best practices, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize custom development.

Act as a key stakeholder-facing resource, ensuring clear communication from discovery to go-live and aligning Salesforce capabilities with business needs.

Work closely with product owners, analysts, developers, administrators, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of the features.

Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle – provide regular updates and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements:

5 or more years of Salesforce experience.

Experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations.

Knowledge about CPQ/Revenue Cloud is an additional asset.

Expert level experience in designing customized solutions (sales related) within the Salesforce platform.

Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, defining implementation options and defining app options.

Experience in integrating applications with Salesforce using APIs.

Salesforce Application Architect and/or Salesforce System Architect Certificate is preferred, other certificates are a huge asset.
